Chef Nick Gerbhardt spent 6 months traveling through the remote regions of southern Mexico including Oaxaca, Chiapas, Guerrero, Veracruz and the Yucatán; residing in small towns and absorbing the culture, recipes, and history of the regions. Enjoy tequila-based cocktails, refreshing regional beverages, and through a multi-course dinner, Chef Nick will share stories and authentic cuisine from his travels using the best ingredients of central coast.
