Dumplings All Day!
…Well, not all day, but for an afternoon!
Chef Mia Dittmann (formerly Chef de Cuisine of Julienne) will lead guests through a hands-on dumpling experience! Dumplings Dumplings and more dumplings! With two fillings, two folding techniques, two sauces, and two cooking techniques, guests will learn tricks to make the perfect dumpling, and as a class will put their skills to practice! We’ll fold, pinch, and stuff stuff these little morsels of goodness, cook them up, eat as many as our bellies can handle, and take home the rest!
