The Festival Gathering is a celebration of some of the best culinary and beverage artists in our community. Limited to only 90 attendees, the event will allow members to interact personally with these artisans, while enjoying delicious food, beverages, and more…The chefs will entertain and inspire. The food will impress. The winemakers will share their favorite bottles. The cocktails will be visually stunning and expertly crafted. And the company? That’s up to you! We’ll provide an awesome atmosphere designed for our members; individuals who share a passion for food, wine, and spirits yet desire something more than the status quo; rather to be challenged and enlightened, and to surround themselves with others that share those desires. Upon arrival guests will be welcomed with a glass a sparkling wine and a spread of Santa Barbara’s Bounty, and engage in a afternoon filled with playful culinary demonstrations followed by unique dishes, warmhearted winemakers, Craft cocktails and spirits, and of course great company comprised our fellow members, guests, and artisans:
PART I- Chef Demonstrations
Engage with chefs as they demonstrate stunning culinary techniques and unique ingredients aimed to enlighten our guests. There will be 5 of these “Chef Showcases” throughout the evening, including one by Michelin-starred chef Massimo Falsini.
PART II – Featured Artisans
Dine on a bounty of foods created by our featured chefs and local artisans.
Enjoy glasses, (no, not tastings) of highly-rated wines from Napa (Domaine Chandon), Santa Barbara (Samsara) and Paso Robles (Jacob Toft), and meet winemakers Jacob Toft & Matt Brady!
Try an expertly-mixed cocktail created by specialists Jessica Garver and Sean Riley. Seeking a spirit that is a little more….mature? Well, for that you’ll have to ask the right question.
