ESB has reserved a full seating at Montecito’s SushiBar!
10 ESB members will dine together and experience the 17 course Omakase menu! The dinner $110 a person + tax and gratuity for the Omakase. Guests will pay their individual bills at the end of the evening.
This experience starts at 7:30 with a complimentary welcome cocktail in the lobby. Seating is at 8:00. Situated next door to The Monarch in the historical Montecito Inn, Sushi|Bar Montecito is Chef Phillip Frankland Lee’s Omakase Restaurant that serves up a whimsy of its namesake fare in 17 courses. Behind the door lies an intimate counter housing 10 prized seats where you will sit right up to the chef’s cutting boards. Relax and enjoy as the chefs prepare a playful reverie on new wave nigiri and other delicacies from both land and sea in a free form interpretive take on the traditional sushi counter experience where you can expect unexpected riffs on beloved standards.
The dinner also offers two pairings: a house pairing at $55 and a wine pairing at $65.
The house pairing consists of tasting pours: 2 sakes, 1 wine, 2 micro cocktails, and finishes with a Japanese style beer. The wine pairing consists of tasting pours as well and varies on the style of wine due to our menu changes.
No outside wine is allowed, but a la carte options for beverages are available as well.
