Join us for another ESB Culinary Test Kitchen!
This time…it’s all about dessert!
Well now is your chance to sum up the courage to expand your baking, pastry and sweet horizons! Want to tackle a perfect salted caramel? Perfect your piping technique, master Decadent fudge, pie crust, or fluffy vanilla icing? You got this, because you’ll be in the company of Samantha Eve, founder and baker for Violette Bake Shop, who is known for her beautiful, delicious cookies, cupcakes, cakes, pies, and more. We know, you’re worried about having a ‘balanced meal’ that evening…No? (Us neither) But if you are, don’t fret! ESB will provide some savory bites to enjoy during our culinary adventure.
Guests registering must submit at least two dish options. ESB Team will choose one of submissions for the attendee to prepare. (This ensures a variety of dishes!) An ESB team member will reach out to guests before the event to confirm details.
Guests will bring all ingredients for their dish. The host home will provide the kitchen and tools. If a recipe requires substantial prep (i.e. brining, curing, etc…) those preparations should be done in advance, and the ESB team with reach out prior to the event so you are well prepared for your workshop!
No pressure here…Some recipes will be winners and some will be duds. The best recipes we’ll share with club members, so that others can expand their horizons as home chefs as well!
As always, enjoy a glass of wine, learn something new from your Chef leader and fellow members, and then sample each other’s dishes!
