These set menus are designed to showcase not only the best the restaurant has to offer, but Chef ’s passion for Mediterranean-inspired cuisine, executed with Santa Barbara’s top-notch local ingredients. Dishes such as steak tartare feature his modern yet approachable take on classic French cuisine, and his Hope Ranch Mussels, with vadouvan-spiced harissa, are some of the most creative and delicious mussels we’ve ever tasted!
