From baked, to pan-seared with crispy skin to sous vide, guests will sample different preparations of salmon, enjoy a plated baked salmon lunch, and learn all about the variety from Chef PA, who spent six weeks fishing off the coast of Alaska. At the end, guests will each take home with them some of Chef PA’s signature hot smoked salmon! Beverages will also be served.
