The ESB Test Kitchen: Cooking demo, dinner & drinks!

Join the ESB team as they demonstrate the ability of Cast Iron and the new IRONATE skillet to emulate the floor of a brick oven. Guests can customize personal pizzas with a variety of topping choices, enjoy roasted veggies, and dinner will end with, of course, giant skillet chocolate chip cookies! Stay for the raffle, and maybe you’ll get to take one of these amazing skillets home! We’ll offer guests a delicious adult punch, and BYOB is also welcome – we’ll provide the wine glasses!
