DESCRIPTION:The Epicurean Santa Barbara Winemaker Evening series continues with one of the rock stars of the Paso wine industry: Don Burns of Turtle Rock! \n  \nJoin ESB and Don Burns\, owner and winemaker at Turtle Rock Vineyards and assistant winemaker at Saxum Vineyards\,  for an intimate evening of wine exploration. Experience the superior quality of Don’s highly rated wines that demonstrate one of the best expressions of Grenache\, Syrah\, and Mourvedre in Paso Robles. Sourcing only the finest fruit from the sustainably farmed James Berry vineyard\, G2 vineyard and the Kruse vineyard\, Don’s Rhone-varietal wines have repeatedly earned scores in the mid 90’s from Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate. \n \n“Come for the wine\, stay for the winemaker\, leave with a bottle!” \nWith no glass going empty\, members will personally enjoy 4 wines with Don Burns and his wife Claudia\, along with 4 wonderfully paired passed appetizers.
