Meet one of the up and coming stars of the Paso Robles wine scene whose passion for Spanish winemaking\, family and his Hispanic heritage are prominent in his wines. Edgar will be pouring four of his wines for this tasting to be enjoyed alongside passed appetizers by Chef Judy Astbury. \nBodega de Edgar is a boutique winery that produces only about 2\,500 cases per year. Their focus is on sourcing the highest quality fruit to produce the best wines\, while still maintaining an affordable price point. \n“A journey into the coastal town of Cambria\, CA opened the eyes of my father\, a young immigrant\, to a better life for his family. Sure enough\, my father was right\, a whole world was out there for his children to embrace. Welcome to my journey.” \n– Edgar Torres\, winemaker \nThe evening includes meeting the winemaker\, wine tasting\, paired appetizers\, and one bottle of wine to take home per guest (with a standard ticket).
