Relax and “Wine Down” with ESB members and guests on Wednesday, October 16th from 5-7pm. Enjoy wine specials from The Wine Shepherd. Event cost includes appetizers by Chef Robert of The Black Sheep. Don’t forget to stay for the prize drawing!
Afterwards, a group of ESB members and guests will stay at Black Sheep to enjoy Black Sheep’s family style tasting menu. RSVP if you would like to join us. The dinner is $65 a person + tax and gratuity for the Family style tasting menu. Guests will pay their individual checks at the end of the evening.
The Wine Shepherd is a wine bar and bottle shop that specializes in rare and vintage cellar selections, and will be offering wine specials for members and guest. They source a careful selection of wine from the real winemakers of the world. They have a large selection of small-production wines, from winegrowers and vintners who are committed to their craft. There is something to please every palate!

In duck fat with garlic and rosemary
Niman Ranch Baby Back Ribs
Asian style red cabbage slaw, caramelized fish sauce
Gambas al Ajillo
Sautéed Hawaiian prawns in a spicy garlic butter sauce with lemon and Italian parsley served on grilled bread
Tacos de Papas
Purple Peruvian potato crispy taco with tomatillo salsa, queso fresco and crème fraiche
Thai vinaigrette, Fresno chilies and micro cilantro
House made fries with aioli
