Cooking with Grapes with Chef Robin Goldstein!
Cozy up for an outdoor, fall-inspired demonstration luncheon that is informative, alluring, and delicious!
Celebrate the end of harvest and the start of the holiday season with ESB’s all-time favorite fruit: Grapes!
Although grapes are most often enjoyed as a beverage among us club-goers, in this case, it’s all about incorporating these gems into delicious recipes! You’ll learn different ways to harness the sweetness, tartness, and acidity of this beautiful fruit and use it to enhance your dishes.
Chef Robin Goldstein returns to ESB with her flavorful recipes, techniques, and warm charisma! She will prepare a meal inspired by her love of Central Coast produce and Mediterranean fare, with a focus on the different methods of preparing and featuring grapes! Adult beverages will also be served.
The event will be held at a private residence, and guests will be seated in a spacious backyard, with ample room for physical distancing. We ask that all guests respect the personal space of others and maintain distance during this time! ESB will be following strict guidelines to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests and staff!
